Yesterday was the Pride March in NYC.
My dear friend Yetta Kurland is running for City Council in District 3. I photographed her and her supporters as they made their way down 5th ave. Below is Yetta on 5h with her two Italian Greyhounds.
One of Yetta's biggest supporters is Chef Josie from Top Chef. She came out to march and throw the football around a bit. There were times that I feared for the people on the side walk, that girl has one hell of an arm.
It was a crazy day. The weather was intense. It poured right as we started and then a few hours later as we hit the West Village the sky opened up again.
Despite the rain the crowds were enthusiastic and supportive. It was a great time.

Etienne De Crecy- Le Patron Est Devenu Fou!
I was looking around for something else by this French house act that debuted about 10 years ago and I came across this.
It has been stuck in my head ever since.
I like that it is simple but elegant. It also has a little bit of tension, with a nice payoff.
